Q. How and where do I watch the live stream?
A. Here in this site. On the navigation bar, click Watch Live.
- If you are logged in with the same store credentials you used to make your purchase, you will see a preview of the live stream with a count down.
- If you are taken to the log in page that means
a. You are not logged in with the correct store credentials
b. You have not purchased a live stream ticket
Make sure you use the same log in credentials that you used to make your store purchase.

Q: Can I watch the show on my TV?
A: Yes we recommend connecting a computer to your TV with an HDMI cable. Also to test it before the show date. You can also use Cast or Airplay but we do not offer technical support for this.
We highly recommend testing your setup the day before or a few hours before the live stream. That way if you have any problems you can figure them out and enjoy watching the stream rather than scratching your head in anger.

- Show will usually begin streaming 10 minutes before show time.
Q. How do I make a purchase?
A. To make a purchase you must create an account and be logged in. You can use the one click social media log in or click "Create Account" on the log in page. After you create an account we accept multiple payment methods for your convenience. Also if you are having trouble with your cart or shipping address you can email us email@example.com and we will be glad to assist.
Q. What is the difference between a digital purchase and a merchandise purchase?
A. A digital purchase such as a live stream event or digital download no physical product will be shipped. You will be granted access to the digital asset when that digital asset is made available. However a purchase of merchandise your described items will be shipped and any combination of a digital product bundled with merchandise you will be granted access to the digital assets and your physical products will be shipped to your shipping address.
Q. I created an account but I can\t log in.
A. On the log in page you can always try the "Forgot Password" link and you will receive an email to retrieve or change your account password. If you have continued problems logging in you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Q. Safety and rescheduling.
A. In our agreements with performers safety comes first. All production participants and performers will social distance and wear a mask at all times with the exception of performers during performance. Due to the dangers of Covid-19 and the safety of performers and crew members if any key participants happen to get sick we will be forced to reschedule the event. However, we will reschedule as needed with the full intention that we will prevail and in the event we cannot reschedule we will make refunds as necessary.
